That would require the installation by someone with extension installation access like @sgp_ of something like https://github.com/FriendsOfFlarum/nightmode
Flarum is designed to be minimal and modular; you install the features you want via extensions: https://docs.flarum.org/extend/#core-vs-extensions
So I just set the default colors to a nightmode scheme, but the fof/nightmode extension is broken on this version of Flarum. It borked the whole site when I tried to run it.
